Join us at Endon Quarry Apiary in Kerridge, Cheshire, for a friendly and hands-on “Meet the Bees” experience — a one-hour introduction to the magical world of honeybees!

Run by Paul and Chloe, who have nearly 20 years of commercial beekeeping experience, these relaxed sessions are perfect for curious minds of all ages. You’ll learn fascinating facts about honeybees, see inside a real hive (weather permitting), and discover how bees live, work, and communicate.

What to Expect

Our “Meet the Bees” sessions are designed to be engaging, educational, and family-friendly. Each session includes:

A warm welcome and short introduction to the honeybee colony

A look at how bees make honey and why they’re so important to our environment

A chance to put on a bee suit and safely visit the hives with our experienced beekeepers (weather permitting)

Time for questions and to sample some delicious local honey!
