Since finding out that honey from a supermarket isn't necessarily real honey I started to find alternative places to buy real honey from. I bought a few, 5 jars, from Happy Valley one of them being this Lemon mix. I've started to choose flavoured honeys as an addition to normal runny honey. I must admit it's not my favourite flavour so far, I find the Lemon taste a bit too strong. On toast it's quite nice, from the jar a little too lemony (if that is a word), in milk I tried once and it didn't go well. I ended up with some weird looking stuff in the bottom of the mug like it had curdled. It's probably a flavour I wont go back to but it had to be tried.
