Which brings us to today at Happy Valley Honey: We're carrying on thousands of years of tradition right here in Cheshire, using those same time-tested methods while protecting our precious local bee populations.

We're still using Langstroth hives - that revolutionary 1852 design! Our sister company Modern Beekeeping, even supplies these same hives to beekeepers across the country.

When you open a jar of our honey, you're tasting something that's remained essentially unchanged for millennia. Some things are just too perfect to improve!
